SHERRILL, N.Y. - Playing at Noyes Park for the first time in 690 days, the Sherrill Silversmiths dropped a 6-0 decision to the Syracuse Salt Cats.
The Silversmiths currently feature a 26-man roster from 20 different colleges. Sherrill native Connor VanDreason returns to the team for a third year, while his brother, Blake, returns for a second season!
Noyes Park to host 21 contests, home opener on Wednesday, June 9th.
SHERRILL, NY – December 3, 2020 – The Sherrill Silversmiths today announced that they have named Ben Grimm as the team’s Manager. Grimm, a co-founder of the Silversmiths, returns to Sherrill for his second stint as Manager of the Silversmiths.

The Sherrill Silversmiths are a 501(c)3 Not for Profit Organization taking part in the NYCBL, a league funded in part by Major League Baseball and sanctioned by the NCAA. Each summer the Silversmiths and the Sherrill Community welcome baseball players from colleges and universities across the country to aid them in their development. The Silversmiths have had 7 former players move on to play professionally, 4 players have been selected in the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft, and currently have 4 former players playing in Minor League Baseball.
